Istrukturà works out of Calumpit, Bulacan. A design studio and a workshop in the same building, which is why the people who draw your room are the ones who turn up to build it.

Peej started Istrukturà in Calumpit and still runs the first site visit on most projects. The studio grew around one idea: the person who draws the room should be answerable for how it turns out when it is built.
The drawing and the build are the same job. Most of the industry splits them.
A designer hands over a set of drawings, a contractor prices them, and the details that made the design work quietly disappear on site. We closed that gap by keeping both halves in one company. Our carpenters read the same drawings our designers make, and when something does not work in the real room it gets solved that afternoon.
It also means one number and one person to call. You are not managing a designer and a builder who disagree about whose problem the ceiling is.
Nothing is chosen until the layout works. A beautiful finish on a bad plan is still a bad room.
The people who drew it are on site while it is built, so decisions get made in the room rather than over email.
Line-item quotes attached to the design. If something has to give, you choose what, and you choose early.

“Thank you, Istrukturà and the team sa napakagandang entertainment set up. Pati mga anak ko napa wow. Superb! Napaka pulido po ng gawa. Pangalawang beses ko na po eto sa inyo.”Jing M.
